| Application : |
|
| Straight warp single and
two ply carcass best for ripping and tearing that the really
tuff applications cause. The straight warp and fill yarns,
woven securely in place by a binder yarn, resist ripping
and tearing. This large yarn size is much more resistant
to ripping, tearing, and puncturing than the smaller yarns
of a lighter fabric belt with 4, 5, or more plies. |
| Features : |
| The Straight Warp carcass
has a polyester warp yarn for excellent strength with minimum
stretch. The stability of the polyester makes for superior
tracking with minimal belt training. The nylon fill yarns
of the Straight Warp carcass provide the excellent mechanical
fastener retention, superior rip resistance and excellent
troughability. |
